The Arts Politic is looking to fill Online Writer positions to post regular news articles, profiles, interviews, opinion articles or other blog posts about current arts politics issues, on weekly intervals.  Writer candidates should be knowledgeable in at least one “arts politics” issue or area, such as arts policy, arts activism, interventionist art, arts education, political theater, protest music, arts service, or community arts programming.

INTERNSHIPS.

The Arts Politic is looking to fill internship positions for the Fall 2010.  Interns will work with one department — submissions, editorial or advertising/marketing. Each internship is an unpaid position that will provide exposure to the field of arts politics, as well as to cutting-edge writers, artists and intellectuals.  Interns must be based in either the Seattle, WA area (Puget Sound) or the New York, NY (tri-state) area.
