The Arts Politic Launches This Month

The Arts Politic—the new, quarterly print-and-online magazine dedicated to solving problems at the intersection of arts and politics—will launch June 2009.
The inaugural issue is “The Economy Issue” and features interviews with the arts activists and performers who recently met with and performed for the President and First Lady at the White House; essays by leading and emerging scholars on cultural recovery as national recovery and CIA arts funding; a cutting-edge policy brief; visual art; poetry; and more.
